Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Indielog ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Indielog. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@indielog.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Content

You own the content you publish on Indielog. By publishing content, you grant us a limited license to display and serve it as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Free Trial & Paid Plans

New accounts get a one-time 7-day free trial with Pro-level AI usage; no card is required and nothing is charged when it ends. After the trial, AI profile generation requires a paid plan — Basic (USD $9 / month or $90 / year, 3 generations a month), Pro ($19 / month or $190 / year, 5 a month), or Max ($39 / month or $390 / year, 15 a month). Building and publishing profiles stays available regardless of plan. Payments are processed by Polar and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and access continues to the end of the current period. Monthly allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Refunds: contact us within 7 days of a charge and we handle requests case by case.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indielog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
